Delivery Charges

UK Mainland

Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses will be subject to the following delivery charges based on total net order value (excluding VAT).

Up to £25.00 :£3.50 + VAT (£4.20 inc. VAT)
£25.01 to £100.00 :£7.50 + VAT (£9.00 inc. VAT)
Over £100.00 :FREE


Orders for delivery to UK Mainland customers are normally despatched in full, subject to stock availability, by 1 - 2 day Carrier or by First Class Recorded Mail where size/weight allow. Customers requiring Guaranteed or Timed deliveries should contact us for a quotation.

UK off-shore

UK off-shore = Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Scottish Isles, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland.

If you are a UK off-shore customer we will work out the most appropriate method of shipping your order and will advise the cost accordingly. We will not despatch goods or take payment until we have received confirmation that the shipping charges are acceptable.

Despatch Times

Items indicated as being standard stock are normally despatched on the day of order, or in the case of cheque payment or card details sent later, when full payment has been cleared. Where items are temporarily out of stock please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. If we are unable to supply standard stock items within this time frame we will email you with an estimated despatch date with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery times for non-stock and special order items can be anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item. If you have ordered non-stock or special order items we will contact you with an estimated despatch date prior to processing your order. We will only process your order once you have confirmed that you are willing to wait. Please note that non-stock or special order items can not be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

It is not our policy to despatch part orders in liue of non stck items becoming available unless specifically requested to do so. Where this is the case, we reserve the right to charge carriage for any consignements with a net value falling below our carriage paid order value.

Estimated despatch dates are given in good faith only and we do not accept any liability for any costs incurred for any delays howsoever caused.
